Recipe of the week...
Ingredients You Need
1/2 Cup Butter, softened
1/2 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs
3/4 Cup Applesauce
1 3/4 Cup Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Ingredients for Topping
1/2 Cup Melted Butter
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
Instructions
Step 1 – Cream together the butter and sugar until smooth
Step 2 – Add the eggs, vanilla and applesauce to the butter mixture and combine well
Step 3 – Mix the flour, salt and cinnamon together in a separate bowl and add slowly to the butter mixture
Step 4 – Scoop into a greased mini muffin tin and back at 350 degrees for 15 minutes
Step 5 – After the muffins have cooled, dip in the butter then the sugar mixed with cinnamon to coat well. Enjoy!
